I-29 South, take the Riverside-NW Gateway Ave exit, go on that till it runs into N W Platte Dr at N W Platte Dr and Riverway Blvd take a right. Beverly Lumber is on the SW coner of that intersection. Stay left till road T's which is Tullison Rd, go left on Tullison all the way thru the round about take 1st right to WW Park.
You can go west on Vivian Rd to NW Gateway Dr. turn left and proceed as above.

You can not get to the Park on 9 Hiway West bound out of NKC, you have to go to the Park Hill South Light and make a U-turn back to Riverside exit. As of today no detoure signs anywhere.
